suikast42 Apr 20, 2012 5:32 PM (in response to vineet.reynolds)Hi Vineet,
thanks for reply. That helps. Thanks. I forgot to add <defaultProtocol type="Servlet 3.0" /> in my arquillan.xml. But eclipse gives me a validation error know. But everything works well.
The error is
cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'defaultProtocol'. One of '{"http://jboss.org/schema/arquillian":container, "http://jboss.org/schema/arquillian":group, "http://jboss.org/schema/
arquillian":extension}' is expected..
But it seems that's a known issue.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <arquillian xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://jboss.org/schema/arquillian" xsi:schemaLocation="http://jboss.org/schema/arquillian http://jboss.org/schema/arquillian/arquillian_1_0.xsd"> <!-- Uncomment the below to export deployments --> <defaultProtocol type="Servlet 3.0"></defaultProtocol> <engine> <property name="deploymentExportPath">target/deployment</property> </engine> </arquillian>

suikast42 Apr 22, 2012 3:10 PM (in response to vineet.reynolds)Hi vinet,
that is a very stupid eclipse bug I think. Or something with the schema is wrong. I'm not so familar with xsd.
But if I change the pision of defaultprotocol then everything is fine.
This occurs a validation error
<engine> <property name="deploymentExportPath">target/</property> </engine> <defaultProtocol type="Servlet 3.0" /> and this not
<defaultProtocol type="Servlet 3.0" /> <!-- <protocol type="jmx-as7"> --> <engine> <property name="deploymentExportPath">target/</property> </engine> -

vineet.reynolds Apr 22, 2012 3:48 PM (in response to suikast42)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThe defaultProtocol element appears before the engine element, in the sequence defined in the XSD. That's why your first snippet works, and the second gives a validation error.
