So i tried to update my java version.
After that i tried again,the same error still exist..
please help me to go forward

you need to use JDK6, on jdk7/openjdk7 currently there are few issues with build.

but when i chek the maven version(comand: "mvn -v") it is returning as
Apache Maven 3.0.4 (r1232337; 2012-01-17 14:14:56+0530)
Maven home: E:\JBoss-FIles\JBOSS_SOURCE\apache-maven-3.0.4\bin\..
Java version: 1.6.0, vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0\jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: Cp1252
OS name: "windows vista", version: "6.1", arch: "x86", family: "windows"
why it is always pointing to JRE path ?
please help me...............

as it looks like from your post you have java 6 update 0 so to speak.
Uninstall all jdk version you have on your system and install java6 update 32 (this is the latest)
as error you see there was a bug in compiler that was fixed long ago...

Finally i solved the problem because of your help...
The error because of old JDK only
then i removed the old one and installed lattest jdk1.6.32
Now i am able to run the application server from the target.............
