Patch #424409 Not Null Constraint for JAWS tablecreate

Can anyone tell me if Patch #424409 by David Jencks was ever added to Jboss 2.2.2 or Jboss 2.4.0, or an earlier version of Jboss for that matter?

I did implement the patch manually on 2.2.2 and recompiled my source and I must say I am hesitant to upgrade to 2.4.0 if I need to go through the whole hod again!

Perhaps the man himself can tell me!
