How to shutdown jboss 7 using some command

In older version JBoss (jboss 4), there is a bat/sh file shutdown.bat/shutdown.sh to shutdown jboss. So how to do this in JBoss 7.1.1.Final. I failed to find any shutdown related command file in bin directory.
