As Steve noted, the install instruction are currently on github at https://github.com/mdrillin/openshift. Will will be moving this to https://gitbhub.com/teiid/openshift today.

This is the error:
fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
Could you help me?

cd teiiddemo (I have my application name, are you sure that the folder is not repo under this folder???)
git remote add upstream -m master git://github.com/teiid/openshift.git
git pull -s recursive -X theirs upstream master
rm pom.xml
git apply standalone.diff
git add .
git rm pom.xml
git commit -m 'Added Teiid Modules and Demo'I obtain the error:

rhc app create -a teiiddemo -t jbosseap-6.0 rhc app cartridge add -a teiiddemo -c mysql-5.1
This will create "teiiddemo" application and create the directory in your local and setup with git repo copy.
