Where's service.bat

Greetings all,

I just downloaded Switchyard 0.5.0.FINAL with AS/7 and I can't find the service.bat file that creates the windows service. Was this an oversight or removed for a reason?

I just checked my AS 7.1.1.Final distribution and I don't see a service.bat in there.  That's the version of AS that we include in the SY 0.5.0.Final distro.  Which version of AS 7 are you using?
