Load of Designer 7.7 into Indigo Fails

Trying to get the Designer installed into Eclipse to use with 8.1 Beta; instructions say to user ver 7.7 of the Designer... I get the following error message that the install fails. Any advice appreciated!

OK, on try like 5 got this to work. Not 100% sure but either:

1. 5 is just a lucky number tonight, or
2. someone fixed something just now coincidentally, or
3. you have to have exited the first 'splash' documentation screen in Eclipse to 'workbench' mode for this to work

Hmm not sure what is wrong, it has been tested with Indigo 3.7.2. Are you working on a windows system? What version?
