A client of ours is using Infinispan for file cache with JBoss 7.1.1. After some time the JBoss process starts to have lots of open files and as a result we are seeing high CPU usage. After cleaning out the cache CPU usage drops. Are there any recommendations for tuning JBoss, Infinispan or the application that can prevent this behavior? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
