How to update a field in BMP Entity Bean ?

I have ejb connected to oracle8. When I perform update it works correctly but no commit in database!
If I set commit inside business method it works perfectly.
Can you help me ?

With bmp in jboss you have to get connections inside the business method and close them before it returns. (If you are using user tx, you also have to get connections after tx starts and close before it ends)
