rich:fileUpload button label moves if i scroll on page

Hi,

i use the rich:fileUpload component with richfaces 4.1.0 in IE 7.

If i scroll on the page, the button label have a strange behavior. The label is static and not relative to the button.

Please look on the attached screenshot.

Any ideas?
