Is Jboss AS 7 FIPs 140-2 compliant?

Is jboss AS 7 FIPs 140-2 compliant? if any configuration is needed, what is it? And is there any documentation at JBOSS AS 7 about this topic?

Hi,

EAP versions of AS are common criteria certifed.

Thanks for quick response. Actually we do not need to have common criteria certified. We are trying to understand what the encryption methodｓ are used at Jboss AS ７　ｆｏｒ　ｐａｓｓｗｏｒｄｓ　ａｎｄ　ＳＳＬ(https) configuration? and are they FIPs 140-2 conpliant?

Hi did you ever get an answer to your question. I also want to know if Jboss AS 7 is FIP 140-2 compliant or how to make it FIP 140-2 compliant?

Hi guys,

Yjma2001 it looks like i missed your folowup question back in november...

ssl/https configuration is fips complient and JBoss EAP 6.0.1 is known to work in FIPS enviroment.
