I could not find a tag for 7.1.4.Final in github, the latest tag from 7.1.x is for 7.1.3.Final, https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/tree/7.1.3.Final

Does 7.1.4.Final really exists? Where can I get 7.1.4.Final? When will there be a tag for 7.1.4.Final in github?

It is not released yet. If the future can be predicted by observing the past, it will be released when it's done and the tag will appear around then.
