What are difference between jaws.xml and jbosscmp-jdbc.xml?

Hello all:
I see jbosscmp-jdbc.xml since JBoss3.0,I couldn't see this file in JBoss2.4.whether this file only appear JBoss3.x?
In addition,What are difference between jaws.xml and jbosscmp-jdbc.xml?Which file should I use ?

jaws.xml is for JAWS (CMP 1.x) which is in JBoss 2.4 and JBoss 3.0.

jbosscmp.xml is for JBossCMP (CMP 2.x and 1.x) which is only in JBoss 3.0.
