1. Re: JMS from jboss5 to jboss7
jbertram Mar 7, 2013 9:37 AM (in response to kramkumar86)The instructions on the wiki should be sufficient to correctly configure the bridge. I've done it personally many times. Can you provide me with full instructions to reproduce the problem you're seeing?
Aside from the bridge you can use this project to have an MDB in AS7 consume messages from AS5.

cliq.bjorn Mar 7, 2013 10:23 AM (in response to kramkumar86)I believe you'll need jnp-client.jar in there too to do the JNDI lookup.

jbertram Mar 7, 2013 10:27 AM (in response to cliq.bjorn)AS5 already ships with the necessary libraries to do JNP based JNDI lookups.

kramkumar86 Mar 8, 2013 8:19 AM (in response to kramkumar86)Thanks Bjorn Water and Justin Bertram for your replies..
I did exactly https://community.jboss.org/wiki/BridgeJMSMessagesFromAS5ToAS7 from the source.
I created a queue(Jboss7.1.1.Final) in remote machine and started jboss with standalone.bat -server-config=standalone-full.xml -b 0.0.0.0(Ip address of the remote machine)
I created a queue(Jboss5) in my machine and followed steps from the link and started jboss5 with run.bat -b 0.0.0.0(Ip address of my machine).
(I replaced this
java.naming.provider.url=remote://as7host:4447
withjava.naming.provider.url=remote://(Ip of my remote machine):4447)
I got the above exception on my jboss5 console..
(Do I need to add AS 5 client jars to the .SAR file..? and what should be given in <loader-repository>)
I am totally new to jboss.
Thanks in advance.
