application properties in JBoss Domain Clustering

In the old days of JBoss 5 we added some application properties via -DPROPERTY_FILE=/home/apps/application.properties (example). When I make a cluster of standalone servers in JBoss 7, the same mechanism applies. But where should I add these kind of properties in Domain Clustering. I specifically look for a solution, that has to add the property file only in the domain master, and preferably a solution that is in jboss-cli scripting.

How about, via the domain console do Server -> Server Groups -> pick a server group -> System Properties -> Add.

Is that what you would want?

PS: if you are going to refer a file there, it must be accessible from all the nodes, right..
