tomjenkinson May 24, 2013 5:11 AM (in response to sube)1 of 1 people found this helpfulHi,
It should have been fixed here: https://www.jboss.org/jbosstm/downloads/4-4-0-GA
If you look at: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBTM-377 you can see it affects versions: 4.3.0.GA, 4.2.3.CP08
However, it sounds a little like you are using JBoss Transactions within JBoss AS so I am not sure which version of JBoss AS includes a revision of JBoss Transactions with that release in. From http://www.jboss.org/jbossas/downloads/ it looks like the last version they released was the similarly numbered 4.2.3. Looking at the dates our 4.4.0.GA was after their 4.2.3 so I think you would be left to patch this on your own unfortunately and test it yourself.

sube May 24, 2013 5:58 AM (in response to tomjenkinson)Hi Tom,
Final version of Jboss that released after "jboss-4.2.3.GA" is 5.0.0. Refer the web link "http://www.jboss.org/jbossas/downloads/". But we do not want to go with jboss version 5.0.0.
Although we want the fix of "WARN [arjLoggerI18N] [com.arjuna.ats.internal.arjuna.gandiva.inventory...." problem with patch.
Also want to know how to integrate patch in my existing jboss "jboss-4.2.3.GA".
Best Regards,
Sube Singh

tomjenkinson May 24, 2013 6:15 AM (in response to sube)Hi Sube,
You will have to build your own version of the app server and modify its build system to pull in the required update to JBoss Transactions. If you need help with building the AS you will need to ask that question over on their forums. If you need help building JBoss Transactions so you can include it in your patched JBoss AS 4.2.3 let me know. As I indicated earlier, you will be left on your own to test this combination though. If you did want to build a 4.2.3 of JBTM it looks like the patch was backported to this branch: http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/labs/labs/jbosstm/branches/JBOSSTS_4_2_3_GA_CP/ (it doesn't look like this branch was tagged after the backport so you would be building an unstable release).

marklittle May 24, 2013 8:51 AM (in response to sube)As Tom has already mentioned, you'll have to do this yourself. Gandiva code was removed from the architecture several years ago. Over that time we've also included a number of performance improvements, new capabilities and bug fixes. If you can upgrade then you really should do so.
