Richfaces Component Problem

Hi Friends ,

                  when i deploy in windows machine and first time i load the page it comes like these ...................after that we refresh the page it will ok ....and display like

Can you please help to how to solve these one ?

Any configure is therse to solve all richfaces components problem?

It's not at all clear to me what the problem is here, can you be more descriptive?
