wdfink May 27, 2013 5:10 AM (in response to bensoft)Hello Emeka,
welcome to the forum
Just download it, unzip and use the bin/.....bat scripts (run or standalone depend on the version) to start.
Depend on the version you might have a look into the docs AS7 can be found here

nickarls May 27, 2013 5:22 AM (in response to wdfink)Do edit it a bit according to https://community.jboss.org/wiki/RunningJBossAS7AsAWindowsService , otherwise you might end up calling shutdown.exe and it shuts down the entire server. Been there, done that, server on other end of country ;-)

If you search in youtube you will find of the video demo installation.
You have need of Jdk 1.6/1.7 for to use Jboss As /7.X
After installation you have to decide if you want to use
mode standalone
mode domain

erasmomarciano May 27, 2013 10:05 AM (in response to bensoft)Hi
You have two ways
a) You can use mode standalone
b) You can use mode domain
a)
You have install Jboss mode standalone on all Server
b)
You install an Domain Controller on one Server and other server configure only mode domain :
you have to make ServerGroup and your server
You can see this url
https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/AS7+Cluster+Howto

wdfink May 31, 2013 4:48 PM (in response to erasmomarciano)In addition, the given link is about http clustering.
Important for clustering is to use the a *ha* profile to replicate state or having failover for EJB's.
