HornetQ is fairly tightly coupled with the messaging subsystem in JBossAS/WildFly. I'm not sure it would work to upgrade HornetQ in JBoss AS 7.1.1 to 2.2.19, but you can try.
Personally, I would recommend you just upgrade the application server itself. For example, pull down https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/tree/7.1.3.Final and build it.
You could also:
- Fork HornetQ 2.2.13.Final (i.e. the version shipped in AS 7.1.1) and apply the fix for HORNETQ-952.
- Not bind your application servers to 0.0.0.0.
