If you call the method inside the class it will be handled as a normal POJO without any container interceptor.
I'm not sure but it might possible that you can inject with @EJB an instance variable and call the method via this reference.
But I'm not sure whether this is 100% portable

Ok, I'll look for it, thanks. But tell me, is there any manipulation or configuratio that I can do on the ejb-jar.xml?
