CSS Editor and JDK x64?

I tried JBoss Tools 4.1.0.Beta1 and also xulrunner x64: so far VPE works fine. However, I cannot start the CSS editor any more. Is the CSS editor part of JBoss Tools or part of WTP? Or are there 2 different CSS editors? I'd appreciate if someone could explain the situation.

CSS Editor itself is a part of WTP. What JBoss Tools adds is:
CSS Editing Perspective
File > New > CSS Class Wizard
Context menu of a .css file > CSS Dialog
CSS Properties View
CSS Preview View

Yahor, I think Juergen refers to the CSS Dialog editor which does come from JBoss Tools.

Now I'm using the Java EE package of Kepler RC3 and JBoss Tools 4.1.0.Beta2 and the CSS editor works fine.
