1. Re: Hot rod Server XML Configuration for Write behind approach using JPA Cache Store of Infinispan 5.3
saturnism Jun 13, 2013 11:09 PM (in response to svissarapu)Srikanth - that's a very good question! Which server are you running? e.g., are you running the infinispan server distro?
Thanks,

svissarapu Jun 13, 2013 11:54 PM (in response to saturnism)Hi Ray,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I am starting server using the clustered.bat present with in the infinispan-server-5.3.0.CR1 release. This will start hotrod server too.
Since this uses configuration from clustered.xml while starting, i was hoping if i can provide JPA related configuration in this xml it would take care of persisting to db.
I have seen few example configs files that are released with 5.3, it has some configuration related to jdbc(clustered-jdbc.xml) and nothing related to JPA.
Please advice.
Thanks,
Srikanth -

I don't think the server component has the JPA container at this point. I'll find out but I'm pretty sure right now you can use JPA cache store in library mode and bring your own JPA provider e.g., JBoss AS.
