Isn't that a bit too firm? Since the software is LGPL and still fully open source the reality is a bit less black and white. You did point to the other discussions where this is discussed, but I still think it's confusing to say so firmly here that you can't run it legally into production.
As Jason Greene mentioned in several other discussions, buying a subscription is one of the options. If you don't like to fiddle with things, it's probably the best option and the subscription itself has the benifit of having support, but as said it's not the only option.
