getting error could not flush the cluster for state retrieval

Hi All,

when i start one instance i am getting the below messages. can some one help me out..

This issue was resolved.

instead of calling shutdown.sh for shutdown the isntance. i killed now, and started the istance. which helped to resolve the issue
