BPEL console is not active in EAP 5.1.0 GA

Hello,

I have installed JBoss EAP 5.1.0 and JBoss Developer Studio 5 with intention to develop a simple BPEL echo project. Two issues are here, service is not found when testing it with Web Services Explorer although deployment via Add and Remove option goes OK . Second issue is that BPEL console is not found at address given in tutorial:

http://localhost:8080/bpel-console/app

For this exercise I have followed the tutorial from here:
