which java 7 update stable with EAP Jboss 5.2.0

Hi

We recently upgrade to Jboss 5.2.0, and going to upgrade from java 6 to java 7 as well

From the release note, this jboss version is certified to run above java 7, Any one have done this? which update of java 7  is best

We're using

-For Jboss

JBM, JB-Cache 1.X, EJB, Hibernate, struts 1

-Java
