JBoss SwitchYard web service registry

JBoss ESB comes bundled with a jUDDI web service registry. Does SwitchYard offers a similar feature. If not, what would be used in conjunction with SwitchYard instead?

SwitchYard does not use UDDI for a runtime endpoint registry, so we do not include Apache jUDDI in the distribution.  You can certainly use jUDDI to store information related to web services hosted in SwitchYard, but that's not something directly enabled through SwitchYard itself.

If SwitchYard doesn't use a jUDDI runtime endpoint, how do web services are registered and discovered?
