Render form in jBPM 6 vs jBPM 5.4

i'm refactoring my code to use jBPM 6 instead of jBPM 5.4 , my integration is based on rest api , to render a form in jBPM 5.4 i used

/gwt-console-server/rs/form/process/com.sample.evaluation/render

what is the equivalent in jBPM 6 ?
