I am getting this error in my server.log

2013-12-23 15:40:49,409 WARN [ThreadPoolTest] (PooledThread-4) exception is in ThreadPoolTest:---java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
Please let me know what I need to do resovle this issue.
