1. Re: AJP connector stats in WildFly
rhusar Jan 22, 2014 11:49 AM (in response to pdhaigh)1 of 1 people found this helpfulAFAIK it is not possible out of box, since these calculations have performance implications and if they are not used, they should not be calculated. Mod_cluster adds some logic do the the counts for the sake of letting know the load-balancer how much load is on the server (wildfly/mod_cluster/undertow/src/main/java/org/wildfly/mod_cluster/undertow/metric at master · wildfly/wildfly · GitHub).
What do you need the information for?

2. Re: AJP connector stats in WildFly
pdhaigh Jan 22, 2014 12:07 PM (in response to rhusar)I was looking to view these stats to compare between JBoss AS 7 and WildFly 8.. the reason being is that as you can see in the stats pasted above from JBoss AS 7, I am seeing high percentage error coun. I wanted to compare to determine if it was worth investigating why, or just move to WildFly 8 if the problem seemed resolved.
So my next step is to raise a question as to why there are high error counts on JBoss AS 7: High error counts on AJP connector (JBoss AS 7.1)
Many thanks,
phil

rishikesh_darandale Apr 26, 2014 8:02 AM (in response to rhusar)In my case, the mentioned parameters are used to report/monitor the health/statistics of the application. If they are not available out of the box, then how we could implement those?

4. Re: AJP connector stats in WildFly
rhusar Apr 29, 2014 9:23 AM (in response to rishikesh_darandale)There is a feature request issue opened for this: [WFLY-3274] Expose connector metric values such as requestCount , maxTime, bytesReceived, etc - JBoss Issue Tracker (you might want to add as watcher)
Well, as I linked before you could always add these implementations wildfly/mod_cluster/undertow/src/main/java/org/wildfly/mod_cluster/undertow/metric at master · wildfly/wildfly · GitHub yourself...
