Is the jQuery UI library included in RichFaces 4?

I keep attempting to create a datepicker and it does not work. Using jQuery 1.9.2 in an <h:outputScript> element seems to make it work.

Some of the jQuery UI libraries are included in RichFaces 4.  However they are only served if a component that requires them is present on the page.  You'll have to use the <h:outputScript> tag to force the rendering of the jquery UI libs.
