bcantu Feb 10, 2014 11:14 PM (in response to ctomc)Hello sorry to jump in but I'm having the same issue with Safari. The Console does however work in chrome but I would prefer to use Safari. The problem seems to be that the popup window for the login credentials is not being displayed. I thought my Safari preferences were blocking the popup but this wasn't the case. My system profile is as follows:
OS: Mavericks MAC
Wildfire: 8.0.0CR1
JDK:
java version "1.7.0_40"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_40-b43)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.0-b56, mixed mode)

sfcoy Feb 11, 2014 12:11 AM (in response to bcantu)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThe admin console works fine on MacOS X 10.9.xm (aka Mavericks) if you use Firefox.
It hasn't worked with Safari for a couple of years. It keeps wanting to reauthenticate all the time. I reported this a long time ago, but I can't recall if there was ever a JIRA for it.
