Richfaces 4 conversion issues with dataScroller

I am in the process of converting existing application from Richfaces 2 to Richfaces 4. I am receiving the following from the converted rich:dataScroller:

Looks like you are using an out-of-date google collections API.

Actually, I have tried guava1.17, guava1.16 and the recommended guava-r08. All these throw the same exception. I have also tried Richfaces 4.3.6.Final.
