Unable to deploy Struts 1.2 application in JBoss 7.1 AS

Hi,

I am trying to deploy a struts 1.2 application in J boss 7.1 AS ,but the deployment is failing with the following exception, scrreen shots for the same are provided with web.xml and jboss-web.xml.

please let us know how to proceed

I don't know what a ".7z" file is and I can't open it. I'm a unix user...
