    jBPM6 Running Process Simulation

    antonio.giambanco

      Hi everybody,

in this period I'm trying to evaluate jbpm6 product.

Kie Workbench it's very easy to use for modelling process and you don't need to set many configuration to have a process up and running.

However I'm having problems with running simulation, clicking on the icon i see the popup notification but nothing happens, anybody knows what I'm doing wrong?

      Thanks a lot

try with one of examples in the demo installation (HR or Evaluation) that has simulation properties set and they are working out of the box. What exact version do you use?

            Hi Maciej,

I'm using jbpm-6.0.1.Final-installer-full package, also I installed a new instance from scratch and going on hr or evaluation I still see the popup (running process simulation) but nothing happens.

for hiring e evaluation I see just the blue popup

            runningsim.jpg

if I go on Simulation Results tab I see as below

            runningsimsampleresult.jpg

Do I need to install some addon?

            Thanks a lot

and there is no errors in server.log that might indicate what is the reason of not performing simulation?

Another thing might be good to try with 6.1.0.CR1 that is already available and see if the issue is still there, if so we might be able to address it before 6.1.0.Final.

server.log (TRACE level) has apparently nothing, as you can see as follow

                  Thanks
