Installing fuse 4.0 from download file

I have downloaded the binary distribution for fuse 4.0 for

MacOSX it is file named fuse-esb-4.0.0.0-unix.bin.sh

Exactly what do I do next with this file

Just to register the answer, you need to run it via Terminal.

Change the folder to where you saved the fuse-esb-4.0.0.0-unix.bin file and run:

   sh fuse-esb-4.0.0.0-unix.bin
