Unable to run FUSE ESB 4.0 demo

    gcalcott

      Hi,

I tried to get the "Logisticx" demo running against FUSE ESB 4.0 without success. The instructions are erroneous in places anyway (startup for Jetty on Windows is not bin/jetty.sh run (!).

Anyway, I deploy the artifacts from the archive to the deploy directory (there is no hotdeploy directory as stipluated in the instructions) and servicemix comes up ok. After deploying the war to Jetty I can bring up the app just fine in a browser but I get errors on the Jetty console. Other Jetty samples shipped with the distribution work fine. Here is an excerpt :

Has anyone been able to get this to work. Why do I get a "connection refused" ?

          Hi,

These artifacts will not currently work on servicemix 4.

I am working on putting together a new release of the demo for both Servicemix 3 and Servicemix 4.

There will be several new use cases included in this new release for you to take a look at and I will update all the documentation as the last release of the demo is quite old.

I hope to have the next version of the demo released very soon.

          Edell.

Thanks Edell. I look forward to receiving some kind of notification when the new demo distribution is available.

              Hi Gary,

We have now released a new version of the demo - is my latest post on the forums.

              thanks, Edell.
