Feature/Bundle mapping.

ServiceMix 4.x starts 130+ Bundles. Is there a way to tell which bundles belong to which product features?

Not really, but it's a very reasonable request so feel free to raise an enhancement JIRA for this.  The best place would be the Apache Felix JIRA (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX), component Karaf (which is the new name of ServiceMix Kernel)
