servicemix-camel loss activemq subscriptions after restart SA via JMX

I have a SA which contains one SU deployed into servicemix-camel SE. It has 5 non-durable subscriptions to activemq queues. Time to time I shutdown (stop doesn't stop camel routing, only shutdown) SA to analyze queues via JMX. But after start SA activemq subscriptions don't restored. To restore them I have to delete/insert SA zip archive in hotdeploy folder directly. Is it a servicemix bug? How can I reinitialize servicemix-camel SU via JMX?

This seems to be the same issue as MB-545 which just got resolved and will be in the next release which is going to be released soon

I used fuse-esb-3.4.0.4 and servicemix-camel-2009.04.
