How to setup logging

I am looking for documentation on how to setup logging in FUSE ESB:

apache-servicemix-4.1.0-psc-01-00RC1

I am looking for documentation on how to setup different log files for different logger and how to formate the log messages in the file.

Fuse ESB 4 uses Pax Logging, so have a look at here for more details.

I'm assuming Pax Logging is used by the ESB itself only and not when writing java code like beans.

On a related note, how would I set up logging from bean to write to the ESB log and to a separate log?  An example would be to implement logging in an aggregation strategy class.
