How to process the response from bean component?

I have a route  as below

A<==>B <==>C

The B(bean component) would like to process the response from C.

How to achieve it ?

Camel uses the pipes and filters EIP

http://camel.apache.org/pipes-and-filters.html

So to process the "response" from C is to add another node in the route

A -> B -> C -> D

So in this case. D will process the response from C.
