service jboss.binding.modcluster (missing) dependents: [service jboss.mod-cluster]

I get this error when I start jboss7.1.1Final in domain mode

Changes:

1.     <extensions>

......

.....

      <extension module="org.jboss.as.modcluster"/>

    </extensions>

2. Added a new subsytem mod cluster

            <subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:modcluster:1.0">

                <mod-cluster-config advertise-socket="modcluster" proxy-list="10.0.9.151:80">

                </mod-cluster-config>

            </subsystem>

Please can you help.
