salaboy21 Sep 11, 2014 9:32 AM (in response to marad9016)The idea of setting up users in the platform (in this case jboss) is that usually you want to pick up the users that are already existing in the company and use jBPM as an integration platform, for that reason, there is no UI provided to define users inside the tool.
You should be looking at the official documentation in order to configure your installation: Chapter 9. Workbench

$JBOSS_HOME/bin/add-user.bat
it modifes properties file, but still new user cannot log in. -

swiderski.maciej Sep 15, 2014 1:38 AM (in response to marad9016)if you're using jbpm installer then there are another files that shall be updated (and server needs to be restarted) as you have already noticed but you can reconfigure the security domain called other to be more reactive - either go back to default that comes with app server - see other standalone.xml file in your JBoss installation or configure it with db, ldap or anything you need.
