camel-rss and camel-atom - Should includes feeds with same pub timestamp

Hi Claus,

I am using Camel 2.12.0.redhat-610379, As part of the RSS Feed I am missing the Items which has the same pub Timestamp.

From the below Link I came to know there is a Fix for the same

But I don't see the code changes as part of 2.12.0.redhat-610379

If you have a Red Hat subscription then use that way to check the status of CAMEL-6436 and get it into a fix for this release.
