1. Re: lassNotFoundException: org.codehaus.jackson.map.JsonSerializableWithType
jaysensharma Apr 29, 2015 3:22 PM (in response to valsaraj007)Can you paste the complete StackTrace so that we can understand which APIs are trying to load the class "org/codehaus/jackson/map/JsonSerializableWithType"
As you have mentioned that you have already packaged the required JARs inside your application... then i guess that you might not have packaged those JARs in proper places like in case of WAR it should be inside the "WEB-INF/lib" in case of EAR it should be placed inside the "$EAR/lib". If it still does not work for you then can you paste the tree structure of your WAR/EAR so that we can understand where the jars are present which are containing the class in question/

valsaraj007 Apr 29, 2015 11:42 PM (in response to jaysensharma)Hi Jay,
My EAR file has ejb.jar and web.war files. Th efile that thrown exception is in ejb.jar. We have all jar files in ear/lib folder so that they can be accessed in either ejb or web. Only JSF like jars are in web/WEB-INF/lib.
Here is the code which thrown exception:
com.sun.jersey.api.client.Client clientInstance = Client.create(config);
Thank you!

arnab_ghosh May 1, 2015 11:58 AM (in response to valsaraj007)You will need jackson-mapper-asl.jar as a runtime dependency
