For this you can use custom workItem.And in work handler implementation you can write code to push messages to active-mq.

If you are using jBPM in embedded mode then you have to add this code in class where you are creating ksession. If you are using deploy kjar into KieWorkbench then you have to register workItemHandler through kmodule.xml or CustomWorkItemHandlers.conf
