Access to Jboss

Hi All,

I have to add one user(Application team) to my Jboss7.1.1Final in Production environment, to access the basic information.

How can i add the extra user which can be limited to only monitoring access and should not allow any changes.

Please advice how can i proceed with.Please revert ASAP.Thanks in advance.

What you are looking for is role based access control (RBAC) which was added in later version.

So you would need to upgrade to ether WildFly 8+ or commercially supported Jboss EAP 6.2+

Hi Tomaz,

So it means i cant add an role based user in JBoss7.1.1Final. If i have to add an extra user, it would be the same way as JBoss admin right?

Can you please tell me that can we export JBoss JVM environment properties from the JBoss Console?
