./standalone.sh -c standalone-full.xml >> /temp/console-$(date +%Y%m%d).out 2>&1 < /dev/null &

But on MS/Windows the redirection looks quite similar.

wdfink Aug 30, 2015 11:32 AM (in response to mmanishkumar)As you said JBoss6, did you mean JBoss AS6 (this is a very old version and started with the run script),
or is it EAP6 which is JBossAS7 or Wildfly like and started by the standalone.* script.
But in both cases you might change the logging configuration (the standalone.xml or jboss-log4j.xml) here you have an appender called CONSOLE if you remove it you have no longer output to stdout
