Is there a common place for detailed release notes for each sub version?

The following is just simply a highlight of features

Putting notes in a blog is not helpful such as

Yes, the download page does link to the detailed jira issue release notes, but only for the latest release. I'll add links to all the older point releases.

Yes, I finally found the release notes.

1. From the main download at http://infinispan.org/download/

2. Select link to fixed issue

3. Adjust settings for the specific version.

It just took me going to the main download.

Hi Malcolm, I've added links to the Jira release notes for all of the previous releases on the download page: http://infinispan.org/download/

Obviously this doesn't "solve" the fact that if you want to see what was fixed in a previous point release (e.g. 7.2.3.Final) you need to query Jira yourself, but I don't think that duplicating Jira's functionality by overburdening the download page is worth it.
