Hello Shahar,

     Also it looks like you are using older JBoss AS7.1, Where there was some issue in which if you will package any log4j related jar (or log4j.xml) file inside your application and if due to any reason the application fails to deploy then you will not be able to see the actual root cause of the failure.

    So if you are getting very less logging during application deployment failure as posted above then may be you can try starting your JBoss using the following option to see if you get more logging regarding the root cause of the deployment failure:

./standalone.sh  -Dorg.jboss.as.logging.per-deployment=false
